• Custom/Bulk Souvenirs: Processing times vary based on the quantity and customization requirements. An estimated timeline will be provided upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Lagos Deliveries: 1-2 business days after processing.
• Outside Lagos: 3-5 business days after processing via our partnered interstate logistics companies.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched from our hub at Alagomeji, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details (if applicable) or the dispatcher’s contact information.

4. Missed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package. If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for a second attempt.
