Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your gifts and souvenirs from BOLD-SPIRE HUB ENTERPRISES. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and cancellation policies are structured as follows:

1. Order Cancellations

• Standard Items: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
• Personalized/Custom Souvenirs: Cancellations for custom-branded or personalized items must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production has started on custom items, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• You received the incorrect item.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Note: Personalized gifts and customized corporate souvenirs are strictly non-refundable unless defective.
